Overview
Lavender oil (Lavandula Intermedia). Known for its calming properties.
Recommended use:
We recommend using our essential oil externally only.
Evaporation
Aroma light: put 1-6 drops of oil in the water bowl above the tea light. Make sure there is always enough water in the container. The scent will spread throughout the room.
Humidifier
Fill the humidifier with clean water. Add 3-5 drops of your favorite essential oil to the water. The water is converted into steam by means of high-frequency vibrations, creating a cold mist.
Massage/skin oil
Do not use an essential oil undiluted in its pure form, because the concentration is too strong. When using essential oil in its pure form, it can irritate the skin. For this reason, it is advised to combine an essential oil with a base oil, mix 2-6 drops of oil with 10 ml of base oil such as jojoba or almond oil. Try the oil first on a spot on the skin (preferably in the elbow fold).
Massage oil: dissolve 10 to 15 drops in neutral skin or massage oil.
In Bath
Bath oil: dissolve 4 to 6 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of neutral oil and add this to the full bath. Great for relaxing your body and mind.
Shower
First, lubricate the skin with a base oil such as almond or wheat germ oil. Put a few drops of essential oil on a dry washcloth or sponge.
foot bath
For a foot bath, mix 2 drops of essential oil with 2 tablespoons of sea salt or 5 ml of neutral bath oil. Put this mixture in a bowl of water.
Note:
Flammable liquid and vapor. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Causes skin irritation. Causes serious eye irritation. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. Keep the container tightly closed. Wear protective gloves, clothing, eye protection, and face protection. After swallowing: Immediately call a poison control center or doctor, do not induce vomiting. In case of skin irritation: consult a doctor.
